We have a NO REFUND POLICY! If your item is damaged or broken, you are eligible for an exchange. Please take pictures of damaged items and contact us on IG @BeautyDelSur
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items
SHIPPING POLICY:
We only offer standard shipping at the moment, expect changes and if so you will be notified via email. Expect package to be shipping within 2-6 business days (Saturday and Sundays are not considered business days). We do not ship on Holidays. We will send out an email with your tracking number once your order is packeged.
Once orders have been shipped we are not accountable for any missing or stolen packages. You MUST Contact your local USPS regarding your missing package!
